| You need to get out all of your documentation and bring it to a licensed lawyer. I think you have a good case, but it is your word against their word. I doubt Nissan USA will get involved, as it's a dealership issue, unless you make enough noise. I certainly wouldn't have the same dealership that screwed you do the repairs. I would get car repaired, save your receipts and then use that to get money out of them. The process may take some time, so I would suggest fixing your Z and then pursuing the legal action against the dealership. You can use the cost of the repair to justify your damages. I'm only a first year law student, so I give this advice with that warning. I'm not licensed but your case is worth pursuing. Because of their negligence, you may have fried your turbos or caused other major damage. This could mean new turbos..which is worth pursuing. Raj
